HG8245A SNMP or syslog with 3rd party tools

Is there any way to forward event data from HG8245A (using 3rd party tools/method)?

I dont see any settings from web based gui,

I try to snmpwalk it via linux, no response:

snmpwalk -v2c -c public 192.168.100.1:161

Timeout: No Response from 192.168.100.1:161
