I have a Neo X5 Mini TV Set Box, before it was perfectly, but with the changes of the line it starts the problem.
I start my channel for watching, but after few minutes its stop. it looks like, the Buffer didnt get enough Data.
If i stop the TV in break, the Buffer goes to 3-4 Minutes, than stopes, after 30 Minutes it goes a bit up.
For easy understanding, I need for the Movie the whole Volume, only 5 % goes to my Box, the another 95 % are not going to my Deivice.So i only can watch few minutes.
Can be the problem the Router? My Provider says, I have full Speed (50mb, All another Websides7youtube etc working without problems.
I try to do a Firmware update, but for Costumer looks like impossible, doesnt matter, they paying for the product or not.....
