Hi, I have the same problem, before registering product I can see the  V100R006C00SPC201 firmware file and documentation links to download but locked due to not enough access privileges. But after approved registration of product I can only see V100R006C00SPC122 links.

As you can see this version is old and still maybe have vulnerabilities http://www.kb.cert.org/vuls/id/917700

Please can you udate my profile or let me know where can I download latest firmware for HG8245?

Hello, I have registered account and than registered a product (HG8245) - Hardware Version 130C4400

My product registration was approved with application number (EPR1000035579) and now I can see in downloads V100R006C00SPC122 and V100R006C01SPC122 (same version for different protocol firmware)
Because the protocol I use is SIP, and not H.248 I flashed the V100R006C00SPC122 firmware and uploaded the config file from my ISP that I previously backed up. And EVERYTHING is working fine, Internet, IPTV and VOIP (T-Home Macedonia)


My question is why I can only see one version of the firmware that is from 2013 and not newer versions ? As I can read on the forums there are newer versions like V100R006C00SPC201 from 2014 and maybe even newer ...
Can someone help me to get the latest firmware version for my HG8245 ? I read somewere that you have to be a partner, but I can't be a partner I'm just a user that wants to update the newest firmware for my product.
Please someone help me to get the latest version.

Going to buy Huawei B593u-12, I learned that he was removed from production and replaced with a new and powerful model Huawei B593s-22.

The device purchased in China through the online store. Firmvare fresh on May 12, 2013. ;) On Consumer.huawei.com update has not happened.
Since I took in China, the adapter "English" type had to remake the "European". Included was an adapter "Anglo-US", but to exclude from the chain still adapter "US-Europe", had it a little raskurochit and converted into an adapter "Anglo-Europe." Thank God the power supply is made 110-240V 50 / 60Hz;)

Empirically found that the left SMA external antenna made for 3G networks, and the right SMA external antenna for LTE.

Where can I download new firmware version for HG8245

I am also trying to find the firmware for HG8245. Can't find anything on the Huawei page. Only documentation about releases but no actual firmware.

In fact it seems  that there's no ONT firmware available to download at all.

Support > Document Center > Enterprise Networking > Access Network > ONT > ONT > (Select Any Model)  -  always displays: "No software found. To seek help, please Contact us".

Eventhough I have some models registered and added to my account, like e.g HG8245 or HG8010.
