HG8240 can't open the web interface

Hi,

The network cable is directly connected to the modem and the computer, and no optical fiber is inserted. The local connection is changed to 192.168.100.2 255.255.255.0 192.168.100.1. If I enter 192.168.100.1, the HG8240 web page cannot be opened. It prompts that the search page cannot be opened, clear the cache, and change the browser.
