Hello, friend!

According to your problem description, the lights on the device are not working, but the network on the device is working.

Because the specific information is not clear, I think the problem is caused by a hardware problem.

You can refer to the link: Introduction of Huawei ONT Indicators

Thanks!

If the hardware is faulty, you need to send the device to the maintenance center for troubleshooting.

Because your device model is a carrier's ONT. You can call your ISP for a solution.

Issue solved,

Actually it can be configured on the: Advanced Options
The last section: Maintenance Diagnose
and the last option: Indicator Status Management

It was off, I just change it to On and all the Leds back to work again, the strange thing is that I don't remember to used this option before, sound like a kind of upgrade; I don really know...

Thank you very much for your time.

Hi, friend!
I am sorry! The web pages of enterprise ONTs are different from those of carrier ONTs. Therefore, an accurate solution is not provided for you.
I'm glad this problem has been solved. You can learn more about ONT devices in the forum.
