I am using the HG8145V5 Wi-Fi ONT. I want to upgrade its firmware. 

Where do I need to get firmware?

Note: that you need to download the permission account. If you cannot download the account, use either of the following methods:
Method 1: You can associate the product SN to upgrade the account permission to download the firmware. For details, click: How do we upgrade our account .

Method 2:  Confirm your requirements with your supplier or local operator and obtain firmware.

HG8145V5 is a carrier product.
For obtain the correct product firmware or software. If you are an ISP (Internet Service Provider),  please contact the Carrier TAC. If you are a device user, please contact your ISP or device provider.
