HG8145V5 and Upload speed issue on Windows PCs

Because your feedback is limited, I cannot locate the fault.
I need you to help me collect some Information:  

1. Collect device-related information by following method 2 in the link (two files are generated after the collection).

2. Mirroring and capturing packets on the port.

Run the set ethportmirror sourceport x destport 2 mirrordate 2 enable 1 command to capture packets on the device port.

a. Log in to the ONT management interface and enable the LAN-side PC to access the device through Telnet.

b. Run the telnet 192.168.x.x command on the PC to log in to the ONT through Telnet.

c. Telnet to the ONT account: x Password: x (original password on the ONT)

d. After login, use set ethportmirror sourceport x destport 2 mirrordate 2 enable 1 to configure the image.

sourceport: indicates the port on which packets need to be captured.

The options are as follows: 1 to 5: ETH 

port 9: CPU

port 10: PON port;

destport: The ONT is connected to the LAN port of the PC.

mirrordate: The value 0 indicates the egress, the value 1 indicates the ingress, and the value 2 indicates the ingress/egress.

enable: The value 1 indicates that the function is enabled, and the value 0 indicates that the function is disabled. After the ONT is restarted, the mirroring disappears.

e. Start the WireShark on the PC to capture packets. Click the connected Ethernet network to capture packets through port mirroring. For example, if Ethernet 2 is used, click Ethernet 2 to capture packets and determine the source and destination addresses based on the packets.

3. Provide the name of the FTP software you are using.
