in thid case , you just need set the ONT port native vlan is enough .

for example :

huawei(config-if-gpon-0/3)#ont port native-vlan
{ portid<0,3> }:1
{ ontid<0,63> }:0
{ eth<K>|iphost<K>|moca<K>|vdsl<K>|wifi<K> }:eth
{ ont-portid<1,24> }:1
{ priority<K>|vlan<K> }:vlan
{ vlanid<0,4095> }:100
{ <cr>|priority<K> }:

Command:
ont port native-vlan 1 0 eth 1 vlan 100

can you please clarify if the incoming traffic is untagged or it have different VLAN tag , you want to add one more VLAN tag (QINQ )?

if you can only login the ONT , you can create one bridge type wan interface , input VLAN in this wan interface , and bind this wan interface with lan port .
