Hi,


I had some problems with the wi-fi, so i downloaded a firmware for my modem. But after downloading it, i cant change user informations, so i cant connect to internet with my modem. 


I tried to reset the modem, but it didnt work, stayed with the last firmware that i installed.


Can i get the hg658c modem firmware for Turkey/Vodafone modems?

Thanks for the fast answer.

I am just a router user at home. Seems i cant get the privileges by myself.

My internet service provider is Vodafone. As far as i understand, i have to be a worker from a company that has a partnership with you.

Are there any options to download the firmware just for a router user?

Well, its been 5 day and still my ISP couldnt fix the problem.

They always tell me to push the reset button for more than 10 seconds.

When i say, i upgraded the firmware with the wrong version, they act like they dont know what is the firmware. Seems i will change my ISP..

Anyway, the modem im using with my ISP is belongs to me, i paid and bought the modem when i made the contract with my ISP. So i own the product of Huawei.
Now i need the firmware. Arent there any solution? In that situation do i still need to contact the ISP?
