hi

i have recently bought an HG532e modem router. I set it up. now, its internet led is on, it shows network ip from the isp, but has no internet access. I have had this ISP for more than 6 years, and i had no problems with the previous modem router.

anyone can help me?

According to your problem description, the indicator on the HG532e is normal, but the HG532e cannot access the network. You need to check whether the network cannot be accessed due to arrears. If the service is in arrears, the ISP will stop the network service.


If the network service is not interrupted due to arrears, I cannot locate the fault according to your description. You need to contact the ISP to provide a solution.
