HG531S V1 is an ISP product. The reason is that you do not have a purchase contract signed with Huawei. The ISP resells the HG531S to you. Therefore, your application is rejected.

If you need firmware for the device, the normal program:

You convey the firmware requirements to the ISP, and the ISP applies for and downloads the firmware version using the account that purchases the contract rights, and then forwards the firmware to you.

@Nino_Chou , You have the link for this but you don't provide permission to download. Honestly this is not the firts modem supplied by ISP but it is the firstime i'm not able to get firmware which is not fair. We are oblied to buy this modem by ISP and at the end we (end users) pay for your product not ISP. Now i'm using this modem with another ISP which doesn't force to buy modem from them. Currently port 8081is open for remote access and i can not even change or block this. This issue really changed my mind perspective on Huawei products...

@Chenxintao, Then you should stop asking people to learn how to get permission which will be rejected. People are loosing time because of that! Hopefully I moved to another ISP which i'm not obliged to use their modem. I guess you are getting good benefit by this way but this is really disgusting from end users perspective. i can tell you that i will think twice when i want to purchase another device from Huawei...

Aynı sorunla yüzyüze gelen arkadaşlar için yazıyorum; Huawei kesinlikle firmware paylaşmıyor, boşuna zamanınızı harcamayın. Sonuç olarak modemini kullanmak zorunda olmadığım bir servis sağlayıcısı ile devam ediyorum ve istediğim modemi kullanabiliyorum. Ayrıca büyük firmaların kafalarına göre port ve vpn bloke etme sorunlarından kurtuldum. Size tavsiyem bir sonraki sözleşme döneminde bunları göz önünde bulundurun. Ayrıca bu durum nedeniyle Huawei'ye bakış açımın değiştiğini de söylemek zorundayım.
