I want to upgrade my modem firmware but I don't have the Firmware Upgrade file. Can you give me the HG531s V1 latest Firmware file?

I have the 2018 version right now

However, the HG531s-V1 is a carrier product and we do not have permission to download it. You need to contact the ISP to download and send it to you.
