HG231f is a carrier series device. The forum is mainly for enterprise network devices. 


We can provide device consultation and troubleshooting. However, we do not have permission to obtain the device firmware. Therefore, we cannot provide you with the device firmware. 


If you want to obtain the device firmware, you can only apply for the device firmware from the ISP.
