According to the screenshots you provided, I cannot determine the specific model of the device. I understand that your problem is that you forget the account and password for logging in to the Wi-Fi network.

Take the ONT as an example. If you forget the account and password for connecting to the Wi-Fi network, refer to the following information:

The procedure is as follows:

1. Check whether the Wi-Fi password of the ONT has been changed. The default Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password of the ONT are displayed on its nameplate.

2.  On the main menu, choose WLAN > 2.4G/5G Basic Network Settings. In WPA PreSharedKey , do not select Hide. You can also enter a new password and click Apply for the new password to take effect.

Note:

For some ONTs, you can configure a Wi-Fi password after choosing Advanced Configuration > WLAN > 2.4G/5G Basic Network Settings. In on the ONT web page.
