Hello, friend!


B312-939 is a consumer product. The device accesses the network through the SM card.


The device web page does not have an administrator account. If you forget the password, you can reset the device. After the device is reset, you will not have the password when logging in to the device for the first time. After the SM card is inserted, the network will automatically recover.

If a network fault occurs, check the network status on the WebUI. If the fault persists, contact the ISP for a solution.

What i mean is i need a full admin access to my b312-939 because i want 2 change its bandwidth..

Default bandwidth of this modem in my location is a mess...need 2 turn into band40

Hi,
Your device is a consumer device, not an enterprise network device.
The bandwidth of b312-939 depends on the ISP's paid service and cannot be modified by youself.
