Note that you need to download the permission account. If you cannot download the account, use either of the following methods:

Method 1: You can associate the product SN to upgrade the account permission to download the firmware. For details, click: How do we upgrade our account.

Method 2: Confirm your requirements with your supplier or local operator and obtain the firmware.
