Help with Huawei Mobile Services Installation --> Huawei Health!!

Hello Guys

I own a Oneplus 6t and today I decided to wipe the phone clean as I wanted to try Nova. Now cant install /connect https://vlc.onl/ to my Huawei Watch GT. I installed (from Playstore) "Huawei Mobile Services" and "Huawei Health" App. When i open Huawei Health, following error appear:

 "This app requires access to Huawei Mobile Services. Please a Tweakbox llow Huawei Mobile Serv Appvalley ices to run in the background or be launched by another app."

I have given all permissions( Do not optimize the app, run in background).Tried betas (v9, v3) and official (v10 and v4).

Does somebody has any idea?
