Help with Huawei 5g Mobile Wifi

Hi, I recently bought the Huawei 5g Mobile Wifi （Huawei E6878）solely to use to play online games on my PS4 as my inlaw's wifi is slow and outdated.. I have a 5g sim contract with China Mobile.. the device works fine when connecting to my laptop etc and can connect to the PS4 although, the NAT type for the PSN is always on Type 3 meaning, I can not connect to online games.. I've spent around 2 days trying to figure this out through various methods and sources.. I've enabled UPnP settings, no luck.. I've DMZ'ed to the PS still no joy and recently just tried my hand at Port Forwarding to the PS to see if this fixes it to no joy.. Just wondering if anyone has any insight to help me at the moment as I feel like I'm banging my head against a wall at the moment and also feel like, including the cost of the sim contract, cheated myself out of 2000yuan..
