HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hello,

I'm trying to access the WebUI on this device AR502EGW-L, I have a LAN cable plugged into the MGMN port, I get a IP address, and the gateway becomes 192.168.51.254, however I can't access https://192.168.51.254

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Cheers

I was given the device so not sure of the current settings, how do I reset it to default? There's no "reset" button, only a "config" button, holding it in for seconds doesn't seem to make any difference.

Plugging into the network port MGMT/GE0 or GE1, I get an IP,  and can ping the device, can't access HTTP/S, can telnet but doesn't seem to accept any commands

NMAP port scan shows the following

PORT    STATE    SERVICE

20/tcp  filtered ftp-data

21/tcp  filtered ftp

23/tcp  filtered telnet

80/tcp  filtered http

179/tcp filtered bgp

Had trouble finding a manual online, is there one?

Cheers

Hi,

Please check the firmware version through command "display version". In addition, please check the settings, if the HTTPS service is enabled. If not, you might refer the configuration guide to enable the web system login function. https://support.huawei.com/hedex/hdx.do?docid=EDOC1100007341&id=dc_ar_webhelp_login_1000&lang=en
