Did you try to reinstall the eNSP? Can you please provide the error message and what AR router is affected more specific? Has it worked before?

Generally, the interface in the ensp cannot go Up because other software occupies or limits the port number required by the interface. Ensure that the firewall permits the ensp. And try to turn off other software such as antivirus and accelerator when opening ensp.
