We're working on getting the right answer for you.

i use the commands to reset the olt to fectory default:

1: erase flash date active

2: reboot system

after that, i run the two commands

1: display current-configuration

this command show me the configuration and i see there is nothing whatever i did in the last configuration
but when i run the command..

2: display save-configuration

the command shows me the last configuration of what actually i did.

so how can I reset it to factory default?

any help would be appriciated.

1. You could use the erase flash data command to restore the database to the initial state, that is, erase the data configured by the user.

Note: The configuration data in the system will be erased after the erase flash data command is executed successfully. Therefore, exercise caution when you run this command.

2. You could use the ont delete command to delete an ONT. 

The ONT configuration data is deleted with the deletion of the ONT and the online ONT is forced offline. If the ONT configuration such as the bound capability set profile and the authentication mode is incorrect, you can run this command to delete the ONT, and then you can add it again.

what is the main difference between " saved-configuration " and " current-configuration "

and why saved configuration not erased or deleted after "erase flash date active " and " reboot "
commands?

saved configuration means the configuration of the data file saved in the system. You can run the display saved-configuration command to query.

current configuration means that the configuration commands have taken effect in the system. You can run the display current-configuration command to query the configuration commands that have taken effect.

Remember to back up data when running the erase flash data command to clear data. Database erasure takes effect only after the control board is reset.
If you do not reset the control board within two days, the system automatically cancels the data erasure operation. Please refer to the command link provided by me to ensure that your operation is correct according to the user guide.
