Dears

I'm having trouble in a value for MIB. In my DSLAM SMARTAX 5603 I'm not able to set the password of the users terminal by SNMP. In fact I'm getting set password, however I can not access the device with the password that I changed in the SNMP set (net-snmp). The strange thing is that the log of terminal it shows me exactly the values that I typed! The log should show passwords in MD5. The examples below:

The value of

hwCliUserPassword: 1qaz2wsx3edc4rfv

is entered in the same net-snmp, but Ican't use this password to access the terminal (telnet) . Can anyone help me?

the length of password should be between 6 to 15. and your password have 16 chars. you can set another shorter length password to check.

Thank you, but not work! when I try to put between 6 and 15 characters I get an error message. Only works with exactly 16 characters. Some help?
