Good day

I have a few ap4050dn i would like to setup a "master" as there is not controller for the aps so they have to work in fat mode as is there a way to do this as the ssids have to roam as they will all work trough a single switch?

@George_ZA

Yes, it is possible but just like workaround. It is not the same quality as of AC, but the best what you can get so far.
All your APs must be in FAT mode.
Configure the same SSID with the same password on all APs and configure power on APs so that they don't overlap more than 5% percent.
e.g.
AP at power of 5dBm in 2,4GHz will cover 12-15m around it.(roughly say)
AP at power of 7dBm in 5GHz will cover 12-15m around it.(roughly say)

This is not feasible. You must use the AC or AR/SW integrated with the AC function.
