Hello Guys ,

i have really weird situation i have a server 1288H v5 and i can't install the ESX on the server .

at the first i installed ESX from the image downloaded from Vmware and booting the server in the old way

this was my previous attempts to install :

- install the ESX 6.7,6.5 binaries.

- with configured RAID on M2 and sas disks


the problems occured the installer is loading a few moments after the yellow screen has popped in , when the message 'initializing storage stack...' is displayed. after

a few seconds of displaying this message the server reset.


PLEASE GUYS HELP ME i need to know how and is urgent :(((

Hello, you should disable watchdog from the Configuration Utility by pressing F11 after reboot the server, then in Configuration Utility you need to set the BOOT type to UEFI , save changes and then reboot the server.

Press again F11, enter into the Configuration Utility and then disable watchdog, Set BMC WDT Support For POST and BMC WDT Support For OS to Enable or Disable. I have also attached some pictures.

In the end , save changes and reboot the server to take effect, and try again to install the OS. Hope this help.
