Hello,

I have a router HG8245H.

It only works on the power light and the computer does not recognize it, and I cannot access the settings via the cable, and the reset button never works.

I hope you can solve it, please.

There may be a hardware failure.

Solution

1. Connect the cables firmly.

2. Please check whether the equipment works in a high temperature or humid environment. If so, please change the equipment working environment.

3. If the problem persists, please contact your local Huawei authorized maintenance department or your equipment provider.
