Should you need anything else please let me know :)

ivs are installed on windows, the end users are airport p*** colleagues in the CCTV room.
End-user training documents are required for these people

Can you confirm the VCN model name and version so that we can send you needed guides

I need to look at the versions of the vcn I'm not next to the vcn 3020 model, we need the documents to use ivs.
