For assistance needed regarding mobile broadband, mobile phones, wearables or home devices, we advise you to check the Huawei support website for Consumer, which also contains direct hotline phone numbers where you can contact our colleagues from the Consumer Business Group. They are able to help you solve your issues: https://consumer.huawei.com/en/support/hotline/.

That being said, in the spirit of helping, I believe the Nova 3i will get EMUI 10 somewhere around 2nd quarter of 2020.
