1. Check scn230 core network by setting
2. Check the routing Settings of eLTE switch
3. Check client server routing Settings
4. Check the routing Settings of the eApp server 
5.check if DNS IP setting error, IP routing setting problem
【Solution Description】:
1. Modify routing Settings
2. Eapp server adds DNS server IP
