【Problem Description】
HCS update tools full commissioning : can not create Public VM.
【Problem Analysis】
1. Check this vm create log , it print "Filter PhysicalNetworkFilter returned 0 hosts"
2. Check to check log upwards. Filter all hosts on pyhsical network1 for the last time.
3. After communication with R&D engineers, the tool can not change this parameter. The customer site is an industry solution, and some commissioning steps are not applicable. We can manually check the service plane functions by performing the following operations:
1) Perform a full pre-upgrade check on the CPS.
2) Manually provision a ECS on the tenant plane.
If there is no problem, you can skip this step manually.
