Hi I'm I want to get HCIP Routing and Switching certification. I don't have HCIA, my question is do I need to have HCIP level certification from other vendors to write H12-224 fast track? Is it mandatory to have certification from other vendors??

hello
if you have the ccip (cisco) you can do the fast track to get your HCIP.  if not, it's better for you to try to obtain the HCIA first and then try to do the 3 HCIP exams

I have CCNA and I already booked H12-224 test on September 11th, this means I'm not eligible to attempt this exam?

I don't think so. have you scheduled the h12-224 test in September? do you have a voucher?
