Hi, recently I obtained HCIA R&S Certification. is it possible to apply for the HCIP Fastrack exam?

Yes, you can do it. In the case of HCIP R&S Fast Track, you can refer to the HCIP R&S. The examination syllabuses are nearly the same for both of them.
