As I said previously, the TAC exam requires the candidate provides a detailed solution for the network problem, which could guide the 'customer' to resolve the network failure step by step.
For example, you have been provided a problem about the OSPF neighbor cannot establish correctly. You should find the potential reason and finish a solution to explain that.

2. Checked the IP connection between the two router, and conclusions that you give
