Having voucher without having the right to pass an Exam

Hello everybody,

let me tell you about my story.

I have got a voucher from Huawei iLearning as I won in a competition since June, so I have decided to pass the 5G exam from Huawei since I am very enthusiastic about the 5G technologies, thus I have prepared the 5G courses of Huawei very well.

These days, I decide to pass the certificate. Huawei supervisor told me to contact the certified teacher. Indeed, I have contacted that teacher but she told me that it's not possible to pass the 5G exam because it's a difficult direction in my country. I think that's a shame reason, I have the voucher and I have prepared for the exam very well so I have the right to pass the exam without a parson's favor. It's a very simple equation
