Haven’t stop log collectior result in re-install the log server failure

Administrators centralized deployment log server and log collector. Need to reinstall log server after uninstall log server. In the process of re-install the log server installer prompt "C: \ eLog \ jdk1.5.0_07 \ jre \ bin \ net.dll" being used. Installation forced to be terminate ,the installation log server failed.

Handling Process

Centralized deployment log server and log collector, if you want to upgrade the log server or re-install the log server, please stop log collectior and then perform the upgrade or re-installation tasks.

Root Cause

Because the log collector is running, take up the "C: \ eLog \ jdk1.5.0_07 \ jre \ bin \ net.dll", so the installation log server failed.
