Symptom
During full synchronization, the progress stays at data export. After a period of time, the synchronization fails.
Fault Locating Process
The possible causes are as follows:
1. The FTP configuration is incorrect. The file cannot be uploaded from the NE to the eOMC or the file on the eOMC cannot be downloaded to the NE.
2. If the eMDC/eMRS full synchronization fails, the system time of the eMDC/eMRS may be incorrect.
Solution
1. For the first possible cause, use the IP address change tool to change the device communication IP address to an IP address that can communicate with the NE. If you are not sure about the IP address allocation, contact the local network administrator.
2. For the second possible cause, check the system time on the eMDC/eMRS. If the system time is earlier than the time when the certificate of the eMDC/eMRS takes effect, change the system time of the eMDC/eMRS to the current time.
