LAN port connection on SC1 server. LAN1 must be connected to the network. LAN2 does not need to be connected.

Next step is to get the TE Desktop and TE Mobile to register to the SC server.
TE Desktop registered internally @ SC1 IP address (SC1)

TE Mobile registered externally @ SC2 IP address

Schedule a conference call from SMC2.0 between the TE Desktop registered internally (5051) externally (5052).
1) Navigate to Conferences à New Conference

2) Click on add participant 
3) Click on the participant and click Add

4) Click on close and click Schedule Conferece

Received the call immediately on the TE Desktop registered internally.

However, it took some time for the TE Mobile registered externally. Noticed that the mobile was using the Office wireless. Below is the error message seen.

Disable the wireless connection and enabled mobile 4G connection. Immediately, the SMC2.0 was able to call the TE Mobile. Call was successful.
