This topic describes how to deal with the problem that H.323 endpoint cannot call CloudMCU.
Problem Description
Customer schedule a conference by adding the endpoints including TE10 and Lifesize from SMC2.0. As soon as the scheduled conference takes place, TheTE10 and Lifesize endpoints ring, but as soon as the Lifesize endpoint answers the phone, the call is dropped and the only participant left in the conference is TE10.
Problem Analysis
Capture Wireshark on the endpoint side and signaling diagnose on the SC to find issue reason that customer network limit 1719 port and the other communication port with H.323
Root Cause
Customer network limit 1719 port and the other communication port with H.323
Solution
Customer enable all the ports according to the Communication Matrix to solve this issue
