After reading the previous post we can only ask ourselves. How to trace a number in the management system U2000? How can we see the details of the messages in a trace?
The following image show the steps to follow in the management system U2000
Mark SoftX3000 User Trace as the image indicates and click on New
In the Trace name, we name the trace to identify it and we mark on NE the MGC and on Trace duration start time and end time.
In the next picture, mark the H248 protocol and put the number subscriber to which we are going to perform the trace in tracing number.
Them we mark the row of our trace and we right-click it and choose the Query Result option.
In the following picture we can see the messages exchanged between the MG and the MGC.
By clicking on each row we can see the details of this message at the bottom of the picture.
At this point, it only remains to mark each of the messages that we want to observe the details.
In the attachment I show you the complete process of a call where the port of the destination number is in locked state in the MG
