Add NSE ID(ADD PERFNSE)
This command is used to add an NSE ID, which is the object of Gb-interface NSE-related counter reporting.The NSE ID is mandatory for the reporting of the counters in the "NS with specific NSE" and "BSSGP with specific NSE" measurement units.
PLesae note that:
This command takes effect immediately after being executed.
Before running ADD PERFNSE,run DSP NSE to query the NSE ID.
A maximum of 128 records can be added.
