When HDA fails to be upgraded by using the upgrade tool, you need to upgrade it manually.
When HDA fails to be upgraded by using the upgrade tool, related files, including the installation package required for the HDA upgrade, of the upgrade package are saved in the C:\hda_upgrade_temp_folder* directory of the VM failed to be upgraded.
You can uninstall the HDA (or VDA) programs used before the upgrade and install the corresponding HDA installation package to complete the HDA upgrade.
If the SK security feature is not used before the upgrade, you need to update the authentication ID in the VM ITA system to synchronize VM's SK.
