GSM no information no AR Router

Hi,

I have AR100 router. I cannot get the MSISDN value (GSM no including country code) from "display cellular 0/0/0 all" command. I tried it with 3 different ISP's. but all of them are same. 

If I run, "sms send interface cellular 0/0/0 +XXXXX", I can send sms to my mobile phone with text included.  And I can see the sende GSM nubmer by that :)

But in device I cannot see it. Hedex said, you can see with "display cellular 0/0/0 all"  command.


By the way, router is online and has traffic on it. So sim card is working.

Hi tolga，
The phone number is obtained from the SIM card. If the phone number is not displayed, it indicates that the MSISDN is not obtained. No phone number is stored in the SIM card.

In the document, the display cellular 0/0/0 all command can used to view the MSISDN value.

Hi,

Model: AR109GW-L
Software: V200R008C50SPC500
Patch: ARV200R008SPH002

I don't know is there any bug or someting for this release .

No bug information is found in V200R008C50SPC500. Have you tried to change the SIM card?

Yes, We tried different SIM cards from different ISP's. By the way, it's same in all AR routers we have in network unfortunately.
