This post will tell you one issue for GSCC Reporting BIOS STATUS alarm.
Problem description
OSN 3500 Customer reported an alarm of BIOS_STATUS on GSCC board and require to rectify the alarm
From Alarms panel check the GSCC was active board so detailed check was performed.
Handling procedure
Check the Alarms parameters as below.
0x0a 0xff 0xff 0xff 0xff.
From the alarms paraters it be seen the alarm belong to slot 10 of osn 3500. Check the slot 10 board of OSN3500 was UXCSB showing BD_STATUS alarms fluctuating on board.
Root cause
Slot 10 UXCSB board was faulty.
Solution
After replace the board issue resolved.
