Take the grounding principle of the N63E-22 outdoor cabinet of the MA5800 as an example.
The power input end of the N63E-22 cabinet has a noise filter. The center ground of the noise filter is connected to the cabinet, which is called the cabinet ground, that is, the protection ground. The cabinet is reliably grounded to ensure that the current and leakage current can flow to the ground, improving the protection against electromagnetic interference.
Use a ground cable to connect the ground point of the cabinet to the ground bar in the equipment room or directly ground the cabinet. It is recommended that the ground resistance of the equipment room be less than 10 ohms. Ground the cabinet according to the local standards.
The cabinet ground point is on the top of the cabinet, as shown in the following figure.
