Hello, but there isn't any option for "input grounded, with transformer"

Hello, friend. This problem is caused by different access modes. Input grounding with a transformer: Used when PV modules are grounded. In this scenario, an isolation transformer must be installed. In this case, the N-to-PE voltage must be greater than 30 V.

One of our installer set it to " Input not grounded, with a transformer" because his PV is grounded but after few minutes a fault occurs: Alarm No: 2064 and Cause ID:2 and inverter shut down what could be the issue here?? please guide

Hello, friend. I think the problem is a setup error. For PV-grounding, an isolation transformer must be connected and set to "Input grounding with transformer" I hope this helps you. Thank you.

Actually due to abnormal grounding alarm, inverter wasn't producing but as soon as he set the setting to " Input not grounded, with a transformer", inverter start producing and in 25 minutes it shuts down giving the alarm of device fault i mentioned in previous comment with you

and when that alarm occured he quickly changed setting to " Input not grounded, without a transformer" and then he again had abnormal grounding alarm.

One last thing Voltage between neutral and ground is 50V Can I apply Input ground with a transformer?

what i mean is that installer checked that voltage between nuetral terminal and ground terminal (N-PE) is 50V so can he change Isolation configuration to Input ground with a transformer???? 12 |

This is to prevent a safety accident, PV- grounding may cause the inverter to burn out.

Thankyou for your response, let me clarify the scenario here for you. Inverter is 60KTL M0 and inverter is grounded. Now the issue installer is facing that its continuously showing abnormal grounding error and when he checked N-PE voltage it was 50V. Should i ask him to work on his earthing pits performance or changing Isolation configuration to Input not ground with a transformer will solve the issue? |
