Grid loss fault.

Hi I have a grid loss faulty code appeared on my app. I also get Unexpected shut down. My system is still flashing green during the day but my last data from the app is from 3 weeks ago. So I have no idea if I am producing any solar at all. So far I have not had any help from the Huawei team. I will add photos to show the issue.

According to your description and the additional pictures, the inverter was turned off accidentally. It is recommended to check the wiring problem of the inverter to make sure the inverter can work properly. If you are unable to locate the cause of the fault, we recommend contacting the PV center to locate the fault by sending an email to the following email address describing your problem and attaching your SN number.

I initially got the message to say faulty grid code 2032. It hasn’t been the same since. My installer says this is normal and it will turn it self back on. But I have not had the app working for 3 weeks now. It says no solar output. It’s really hard getting anyone to help sadly
