For details about the ONT indicator status, please see the following screenshot:

You can perform the preceding operations to check whether the ONT is faulty. If the equipment is really burnt out, I suggest replacing the equipment.

Key components inside the device may be burnt due to circuit faults. Although the power indicator is on, the device cannot work properly.
