Hi dears,


NE40E&80E V600R008C10SPC300. For this device, kindly share the command to reduce this GRE packet header size. if not in this version, then please also share the target version where we can reduce packet header size of GRE tunnel.

Hi,

The fixed length of the GRE header is 2 bytes (RFC1701) which can't be modified. You can only limit the payload length of packets on the tunnel interface only using the MTU command.
