GPS Problems with P8 Lite

Are all HUAWEI phones poor when it comes to GPS.

My mobile operator just changed out my Ascend P6 as it would not pick up a GPS signal. Now I have a P8 Lite. the Lite picks up a signal no problem, but the problem now is that it seems to add in extra Kms. Example, I rode my Bike for 53km today, but the GPS measured 60km. On the map of the ride, there are 3 spikes where I seemingly leave the road immediatelty spiking out and then back in again - adding perhaps 3km extra in over a very short space of time. The effect is that not only is my distance incorrect, but my average speed is increased by about 25%.

If this continues, I am going to ask my mobile network operator to take the Huawei back and give me a Samsung.

I've got the same problem (since 2015-12-22).

Contacting the huawei support will not fix it. They do not respond to emails.

And the only suggestion was to do a hard reset. But this isn't working.

i suppose you need contact huawei after-sale service to find the solution. My huawei P8 is working just fine..
