GPON 5800X2 Read Configuration file be lacked information

HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Today when I did a detailed inspection, I noticed that reading the configuration details from the OLT was problematic, resulting in excute "display current-configuration"  display of the configuration very slow  and lack of information. the fact that the configuration still exists correctly in the OLT.

When i backup Configuration file, read it by NotePad, infomation of Configuration be lack same we excute "display current-configuration".

So i can not use VAS genarel profile  load configuration to remote ONT ( add WAN pppoe, Add PPPoE account, stick LAN port layer2 to layer3

Vas Genarel failure

Our GPON OTL MA5800x2 , Use NCE ( Network Cloud Engine) to manage OLTs

Who have Experian solve this Error  , help me please

Thanks so much

Hello, friend!

On the basis of the information you provided, this problem is usually caused by incorrect NAT configurations on NCE.

In various NAT networking, you need to configure NAT on the NCE client to ensure that NEs can communicate with the NCE server properly and NE data can be automatically synchronized to the NCE server.

On NCE, open the Network Management app and choose System > Settings > NAT Configuration from the main menu.

I don't know the network planning parameters. Therefore, you need to check whether the IP address configured for NAT is correct based on the planning parameters.

Thanks!

Hello, friend!
Because there are multiple network segments, you can check whether the configured IP address after NAT can communicate with NEs, for example, upload files to the NMS through FTP or SFTP.

Hi, my friend!
After the system has been running for a long time (> 300 days), the RTOS occupies too much low-end memory. When the remaining low-end memory is about 9 MB and does not have the required continuous memory space (all in memory fragments), the display current-configuration command execution takes a long time or exits due to timeout. The fault can be rectified after an active/standby switchover.

Hi! Actualy i connected one link on Active from OLT to Switch, so while i switchover, OLT need to restart or not, and service will be interrupt or not? have i will change link connecting from active to standby if i switch over

Hello, friend!

This is a problem with this version.

If you run the display lastwords current process 21001 and display lastwords current process 21002 commands in dignose mode, the command output contains the following information (marked in red): This indicates that the following risks exist:

MA5800

Root Cause:

When the operating system is running, the applied low-end memory is not released by default to improve the file read efficiency. When the remaining low-end memory reaches 6 MB (reclaim threshold), automatic memory reclamation is triggered. The operating system process automatically consumes some low-end memory every day. When the remaining low-end memory reaches about 9 MB after the system runs for a long time and the remaining memory does not have the required continuous memory space (for example, memory fragments), the upper-layer system cannot apply for continuous large memory space for operations such as querying configuration files. As a result, the query of the configuration file freezes, and the query times out and exits.

Recovery measures:

Dual MPUs: two active/standby switchovers

Single system control board: Reset the system

You are advised to upgrade the current version to the target version (R019C12SPH221).

For details about the upgrade plan, contact the local device provider or local Huawei engineers.

Thanks!
