Problem Analysis

Google chrome web browser does not support the plugin.

Solution

1. Google search 'IE TAB'.

2. Click the chrome web store, install the IE Tab extensions. 

   
   

3. On the browser top right-hand side, click the "e" Icon.

   

4. Under the "e" Address bar, Key in the IPC camera IP adrress with "https://IPadress:"
